“The hotel and room itself were nice. However, the pull out sofa bed was tiny and you could feel every spring in the mattress, making for an uncomfortable and restless night sleep, and one person making a bed out of the couch cushions to sleep on instead, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost to stay there.”

“No conditioner in shower but did have 2 shampoos. Water in bathroom sink slow and small stream. Cook top burners not together. Otherwise, beds and room was very comfortable. ”

“Check in and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedding was SO soft and pillows were amazing!! Great location!”

“The freezer on the fridge was large so we could re-freeze our ice packs. The place was quiet, room was fine. Pillows were hard and the breakfast selections”

“The room was not clean, the sink had no stopper. The breakfast was sub parr, cold coffee, fruit bruised or rotten, hot was was luke warm. Check in went well, but finding a front desk person later was not happening. ”

“Clean. Very few Handicap parking spots but other parking options were fairly close. Easy drive to the CHI Center. No breakfast but if you have the extra time the Perkins next door will supposedly give you a discount if you provide your room number.”

“Mini fridge was on the fritz No smoke detector in room Security lock on door was broken Cleanliness wasn’t the best Noticed that the regional fire and safety inspection was 2 years outdated Fire extinguishers were 1 year outdated”

“Check on was quick and easy. Breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping did an amazing job with the room cleanliness ”
